Homemade Ketchup in 20 Minutes
With a handful of ingredients, you can have your very own homemade ketchup in 20 minutes.

- 6 oz tomato paste
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Over medium heat, whisk until smooth.
When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat. Cover and allow to cool. Place in storage containers and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Add whey to prolong shelf-life.
Omit sugar and just have honey as the sweetener.
